75 gram bayam, diblanching, tiriskan

150 gr daging ikan tenggiri

1 butir telur ayam

30 gram tepung terigu

2 sdm bawang bombay cincang

25 gram keju parut

1 sdt bawang putih cincang

Sedikit merica

Sedikit garam

Bahan Kuah:

900 ml air rebusan bakso

1 batang seledri

1 sdm bawang goreng

Sedikit merica

Sedikit garam

Cara membuat:

Blender jadi satu daging ikan tenggiri, bayam, telur, tepung terigu, keju dan semua bumbu, aduk rata.

Bagi adonan menjadi 18 buah lalu bentuk bulat, sisihkan

Didihkan air, kecilkan apinya, masukkan bakso, masak hingga matang dan terapung, angkat

Air perebus bakso disaring kemudian dididihkan kembali, tambahkan 1 batang seledri, beri garam dan merica secukupnya.  Aduk rata, setelah mendidih angkat, beri bawang goreng.
